2. Bookings and Payments

a. To secure a booking, a deposit is required, as specified in your quote.
b. Full payment is due at least 10 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c. Payments can be made via methods specified in your invoice. Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
d. All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with a deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
b. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event may incur additional charges, up to the full service cost.
c. If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure or force majeure), we will provide a full refund or reschedule at your discretion, subject to availability.
d. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for client-provided changes to guest counts or menu selections after final confirmation.

4. Client Responsibilities

a. You must provide a suitable, safe, and accessible location for our team to set up, cook, and serve.
b. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the event location.
c. Accurate guest counts and dietary requirements must be provided at least 7 days before the event.
d. You agree to inform us of any food allergies or restrictions in advance. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Food Safety and Liability

a. We adhere to all applicable food safety regulations. Food is prepared fresh onsite and must be consumed within the recommended timeframes.
b. We are not liable for illness or injury resulting from client-provided food, improper storage of leftovers, or failure to disclose allergies.
c. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the event.

6. Conduct and Damages

a. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests. Any damage to our equipment caused by you or your guests will be charged at replacement cost.
b. We reserve the right to cease service without refund if our staff are subjected to harassment or unsafe conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Outdoor BBQ Boys or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
